Tras la última cena, Cristo y once apóstoles (todos menos Judas) salieron de la ciudad de Jerusalén. Siglos después se han vuelto a juntar para celebrar su reencuentro.
«Amigos, nos volvemos a reunir en esta mesa. Pero esta vez no compartiré ni pan, ni vino. Siglos después de la última cena, sólo hemos vivido destrucción, desolación, daños, envidias… ¿dónde está el amor, el respeto, la compasión…?»
